24-month replacement warranty

Every unit sold by Hairtech Direct carries a 24-month replacement warranty provided by Hairtech Direct, not by Dyson. If your unit develops a manufacturing fault within 24 months of delivery, we will replace it.

What is not covered

• Accidental damage, drops or liquid damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Use with incorrect voltage or adaptors

How to claim

Contact us on WhatsApp or at help@hairtechdirect.co.za with your order number, serial number and a short video of the fault.
